As the title suggests...
I will update this as more come to mind.

Lots of useful information buried here, albeit presented in a quirky fashion. Still worth a look.

As the URL suggests, if you need updates for Windows 2000 systems this is the place to go.

A very useful resource if you need anything Windows 9x. Can be a little bitchy at times so I prefer not to contribute.

If you need applications for older Macintosh systems (68k, PPC) this is the place to go.

Can also be connected to via FTP, useful if you're running mTCP in DOS or otherwise set your network adapter up first like me. Basically a bunch of old drivers and software, primarily for DOS and early Windows operating systems. There's some OS/2 stuff in there too along with software for various platforms.

mTCP as mentioned above, if you can get hold of a packet driver for your Ethernet card it will allow you to do some basic Internet tasks in DOS. I would imagine connecting to FTP and IRC are the most used applications in the pack, though it has Telnet too if you want to use that. If you can be bothered writing URLs out you can HTGET files from remote HTTP servers. The FTP server might be interesting to run in DOSBox on a modern system if you have files you want to copy, as you'd only need to floppy a packet driver and mTCP to the old machine and could therefore skip the majority of annoying work copying things to disks and going back and forth between systems.

This resource is useful for different reasons. It hosts nothing, at least, beyond its own pages, but it searches the contents of known FTP servers based on file name. This is useful because if you know the name of a file, or say a link doesn't work on one page, you can put the file name in here and the engine will search for it on other FTP servers. Has proven invaluable to me, such as when searching for files that are no longer available on Simtel pages.
