I've got the same case (though mine is yellowed) unfortunately the original parts are missing. It's a cool case, there's plenty of 3.5" spots. I'm going to build an NT4.0 SCSI server in it to recycle all my old SCSI HDDs. I've got a 73GB one, three 36GB ones, an 18GB one, and finally two 9GB ones. I'm going to put two 36GB in raid 0, the two 9GB in raid 0 too, then the 18GB stripe in raid 0 with the 18GB hdd, then the 36GB stripe in raid 0 with the last 36GB HDD and finally I'll put all the 70GB stripes in raid 5 ^^

This is going to make a lot of noise and a lot of heat, but I don't mind

Oh I've got the same card ! The only difference with mine is that yours has a legit OPL3 chip while mine has the LS-212 clone (but I don't think it's different internally. And actually, seing that it's in the exact same spot and that the PCB is the same, it must be a perfect clone as it probably has the same pinout !)

Not bad. Also, welcome to the forum.

As for the sound card, perhaps the OPTi 924 drivers from here might work - http://ftp.mpoli.fi/hardware/SOUND/OTHER/
No guarantee though, whilst I am familiar with the 929 and 930, I have no experience at all with the 924, nor whether an OEM might have played with things.
One of the jumpers, the once closest to the ISA slot likely connects the CD interrupt to the ISA bus. If you're not planning to use any of those headers, you can leave that stuff alone and if the setup program asks, select the option for no CD-ROM drive. I'd imagine you'll be using the motherboard for such things anyway in that system.

Oh, also, that video card you have. I have the same one, but with the additional RAM and the MPEG header. Doubt you'll notice any difference not having those, good card, has worked well for me so far in my K5, used heavily in recent times to explore the Blood Alpha. They're very compatible cards, the Virge, not really good if you want accelerated 3D (which you probably don't on a P120) but they're very snappy in 2D and DOS as well as competent with most Windows applications.

Thank You
This sound card is driving me nuts. first under win 95 it finds and wants a driver for an IDE controller, Then it wants an Opti 16 audio driver which it can`t seem to find no matter what i download and install I think this card hates me. I put the AWE64 back in until i figure out this beast

This is my very first computer i bought it back in 1998. Pentium 133 with 80mb Ram. The Hard drive died long ago and i replaced it with a IDE to SD controller card for now.I tried the Opti sound card in this rig also. Same results No Joy win 95 finds the card but wants IDE controller and Comm Port and no drivers i try work. Still it`s a great little machine.

Not bad at all. In '98 I was still reliant on a 386SLC-25.
To be honest, if you've got an AWE64, you'll probably get better results with that than the OPTi. OPTi's chips weren't usually that bad as long as they were set up right (they're a bit choosy about which IRQ will actually work in DOS properly) but they don't have the SB16 support and Wavetable of the AWE, being limited to SBPro and FM only. Still, I get that you at least want to see it work and I'm guessing thost 924 drivers (924D_W.ZIP) I linked didn't work either. Bit of a mystery, seems to be a "Tyhpoon Advanced Audio 16-Bit" from what I can find, not well documented, but I wouldn't put it past them to have tweaked something that prevents some drivers working with it, the PCI Typhoon card I have does that and for no apparent reason.

That sound card is one of those Diamond MF-009 that are all over ebay for cheap. Thought about getting one of those myself just to try it out since it has the Panasonic interface I have need of. Technically speaking, I think it is a "Diamond Sound Lite 16" and I have no idea if Diamond MM was the company that made this or if it was another company called Diamond back then ( Diamond Flower maybe? dunno ) Anyway these drivers on this site are said to be what is needed for the card. - http://virtual-concepts.net/drivers/sound_cards.html

Here are the drivers I used under windows 95 : http://www.mediafire.com/file/za4h1um461q25w1/OPTi_82C929A_drivers....

They also install the DOS drivers for it. I don't remember having any issues. Also that card actually has a wavetable connector, so you can still expand it's capabilites. And the FM is still better than what an AWE64 will ever be capable of ^^
